Adele Sarah Carby

Adele is a reflexologist with seven years of experience in the Gentle Birth Method, offering specialised pregnancy reflexology at Whittington Hospital’s NHS clinic, the GBM clinic at the Kailash Centre, and through in-home visits across north-west and west London. Trained by Louise Keet at the London School of Reflexology and a member of the Association of Reflexologists, she’s skilled in traditional Foot Reflexology, pre-conception, pregnancy, and post-natal care. She’s also a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor, Reiki Practitioner, and has trained in Creative Healing with Dr Gowri Motha. Passionate about reflexology as her true calling, Adele supports mothers throughout pregnancy, helping with fertility, postnatal recovery, and fostering a gentle birth experience. Most importantly, she believes the therapist’s caring and mindful presence matters more than any technique.
