Adele is a reflexologist with 7 years of experience with the Gentle Birth Method, offers specialized pregnancy reflexology at the Whittington Hospital’s NHS clinic, the GBM clinic at Kailash Centre, and in-home visits in north-west and west London. Trained by Louise Keet at the London School of Reflexology and a member of the Association of Reflexologists, her expertise extends to traditional Foot Reflexology, Pre-conceptual, pregnancy, and Post-natal care. Additionally, she is a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor, Reiki Practitioner, and has training in Creative Healing by Dr. Gowri Motha. Adele’s passion for reflexology, which she considers her true calling, allows her to provide mothers with beneficial treatments throughout pregnancy, aiding in fertility and postnatal recovery, and contributing to a gentle birth experience.
