Experience the Gentle Birth Method from the comfort of your home with our expertly designed online pregnancy classes. These sessions support expectant mothers through every stage of pregnancy with tailored wellness practices, helping you feel empowered, relaxed, and prepared for birth.

All classes are conducted live via Zoom, making it easy to nurture your body and mind from anywhere.

(Hypnobirth & Visualisation - Full 4-week course for couples or individuals)

It is advisable to enroll in this course starting from the 20th week of pregnancy or later.

Please note that the cost of this four-week course covers online Pregnancy Yoga sessions every Wednesday at 6 PM, continuing until your delivery.

YOGA & PRANAYAMA - FROM INDIA WITH SWATI

Presenting three recorded tailored pregnancy yoga and pranayama breathwork practice videos to enhance lung capacity and harmonize hormones:

Suitable for 20 to 30 weeks of pregnancy

Ideal for 30 to 36 weeks of pregnancy

Perfect from 36 weeks to birth

Each session initiates with 50 minutes of yoga, progresses to 40 minutes of Pranayama Breathing, and culminates with a short relaxation phase.

Wednesday evenings @ 6pm - 7.30pm ONLINE VIA ZOOM

Weekly pregnancy yoga with micromovements for birth. Finishes with 30 minute visualisation at the end of every class.

You can book these classes on their own. They are also included in the GBM Hypnobirth ‘The Gowri Way’ course.
