your Journey?
Fertility

Fertility is the function of a healthy body. Therefore, to enhance fertility, we focus on restoring all-round physical and emotional health to automatically enhance fertility in both men and women.

With Creative Healing techniques we aim to restore our tissues to be biologically young and fertile as a younger person in their twenties.

Boost Confidence & Alleviate Fear: Through its practical approach, it helps in building confidence and reducing anxiety.
360-Degree Preparation: The program prepares parents for a gentle birth by focusing on physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Birth Support & Midwifery
-
The Gentle Birth clinic offers a Birth Support Service for its clients, providing a 12-week preparation program and on-call assistance during labor. Practitioners use holistic techniques to support mothers in managing contractions and ensuring a comfortable birth, whether at home or in a hospital. The service continues until the baby is settled and breastfeeding.
-
We offer specialized birth preparation insights and have supported numerous home births.
Postnatal
-
Our postnatal service celebrates the mother’s achievement and the baby’s arrival by providing home treatments during the “Sacred Window,” the 40 days post-birth. Drawing from traditional Ayurvedic practices, our program supports the mother’s swift recovery and health.
