GBM Massage with Creative Healing
GBM Massage with Creative Healing - Creative Healing is a gentle, but powerful, hands-on treatment based on the teachings of Joseph B Stephenson, born in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne (1876 - 1956). He was a born healer with the gift of being able to look inside and see the fine, glass-like energy channels that flow within a human body. He taught that if we restore the direction of the natural flow of this energy, then normal function is restored to that area and associated organs and structures. Creative Healing is ideal to prepare your whole body for pregnancy.

On Your Day 23
On day 23 of your cycle, once a month, we perform a specific Creative Healing female massage on day 23 of your cycle to clear the fallopian tubes for the next cycle and centre the energy to the Uterus and Cervix. The ovaries are also stimulated to ovulate in the next cycle. If by chance you are happily pregnant already on Day 23. Then this treatment will stimulate the production of optimal progesterone secretion from the corpus luteum in the ovaries. We also include a pelvic lift to correct any retroversion of the uterus and decongest the pelvic floor.

Reflexology
Reflexology helps to get your body in condition, ready to become pregnant and then will help you have a good pregnancy. For fertility enhancement, our treatments give specific focus on the ovary points, which can help to regularise ovulation. We also work on reflex points to relax the pelvic ligaments and promote optimal blood flow to the uterus, ovaries. We recommend fertility reflexology on days 7 and 14 of your cycle.

100% Sida retusa
No additional herbs or active ingredients are added.
When to use
Baladi Choornam is suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy onwards.
It may also be incorporated into the Gentle Birth Method approach during preconception/fertility preparation and postnatal recovery, where appropriate.
Each pack provides approximately an 8-week supply.
How to prepare
Use 2 tablespoons of Baladi Choornam with approximately ½ litre of water.
Bring to the boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer until the liquid has reduced by approximately half.
Strain before drinking.
If desired, add around ½ cup of almond, hazelnut, coconut or goat’s milk.
Maple syrup, palm sugar and/or vanilla may also be added to taste.
The decoction can be prepared earlier in the day and gently reheated when ready to drink.
