About this lesson
The General Treatment forms the foundation of Creative Healing and is performed before other specific treatments. This video introduces the gentle movements used around the neck, shoulders and upper back.
The General Treatment follows the principles developed by Joseph B. Stephenson, using light touch and carefully directed hand movements. Within the Creative Healing approach, these movements are intended to prepare the tissues and support the body's natural drainage processes.
