Alexia’s Pregnancy Story

Hello dearest Gowri,

I wanted to thank you and your team as I had yesterday the most exquisite birth after a big, stressful last month of pregnancy.

I started having contractions at 5 AM. I began doing all the exercises and meditation at home, took a shower, and by 8 AM, the contractions were strong, so I went to the hospital. When I arrived, I was dilated 10 cm and ready for expulsion. However, I was so tired from the past two weeks of COVID that I had a very light epidural.

I started doing all the dances and exercises in the room, then pushed my baby boy out in four big pushes.

It was a quiet birth from my happy place. Thank you for supporting my birth all the way to Rio de Janeiro.
