What You Will Learn
Self‑Hypnosis
You’ll learn how to gently switch off from your surroundings and enter a calm, dream‑like state where your mind becomes receptive to positive birth suggestions. This helps you trust your body’s natural ability to give birth and prepares you for a serene, confident labour.
Visualisation
You’ll practise visualising your muscles, cervix, and birthing zones working in harmony to promote hormonal balance. You’ll also learn to connect and communicate with your baby in the womb.
