Join us live on Zoom in one of two formats:

  • Tuesdays · 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm (UK time)

  • First Saturday of every month · 10:00 am – 11:30 am (UK time)

Class dates may occasionally be adjusted to suit the group’s availability, ensuring the best possible shared experience.

Held every Wednesday at 6 pm (UK time) via Zoom. Our specialised Pregnancy Yoga with Micromovements for Birth includes 30 minutes of GBM Hypnobirth ‘The Gowri Way’ at the end of each session. A Zoom link will be sent to you after booking.

What You Will Learn

Self‑Hypnosis

You’ll learn how to gently switch off from your surroundings and enter a calm, dream‑like state where your mind becomes receptive to positive birth suggestions. This helps you trust your body’s natural ability to give birth and prepares you for a serene, confident labour.

Visualisation

You’ll practise visualising your muscles, cervix, and birthing zones working in harmony to promote hormonal balance. You’ll also learn to connect and communicate with your baby in the womb.
