3 PREGNANCY YOGA VIDEOS

Each session begins with 50 minutes of yoga, followed by 40 minutes of Pranayama Breathing, and concludes with a brief relaxation period.

Pranayama with vocalization singing - an excellent birth preparation method to expand the lungs and regulate hormones by soothing the hypothalamus.
