She completed over 20 years of teaching yoga and is passionate about helping people health and regain health through restorative yoga practice.
Her expert prenatal sessions have helped women stay strong and flexible through pregnancy and facilitate a hassle free birthing.
She is also a 'teacher's teacher 'and conducts training programs for yoga instructors to gain more insight into therapeutic yoga practices.

Pranayama and vocalisation singing - a great birth preparation to open the lungs and balance the hormones by calming the Hypothalamus.
What is Pranayama?
Pranayama is yogic breathing that cleanses your breath, balances the 2 halves of your brain, and promotes hormonal balance and well-being within the whole of your body. You may have heard of alternate nostril breathing and this is called Anulom vilom, however, there are many types of breathing patterns each of them specifically aimed at improving the oxygenation of different systems in your body.
