This is a popular western herbal tea for pregnancy and birth preparations. This tea detoxifies and tones the uterus.

Place 1 level teaspoon of Nettle leaf & Raspberry leaf only half a teaspoon of Cramp Cut Bank into a teapot then add 1 pint of boiling water. Let it steep for 10 minutes then strain and drink slowly. You may drink it all at one go or you can drink some in the morning and some later during the day (just warm it up)
